Description
One image from a chibi Calendar I am making to sell on Deviant Art. The Calendar will feature all 8 of my element goddess' (From my manga) for each month - plus four new goddess who are made for the calendar only. Once complete, the Calendar will be on sale at DA as well as individual prints of each girl which will be up once they've been submitted.This is Zuri, goddess of Fire. Representing the month of: March.
Done! XD Hah...Even to this date, I still had people asking when I would do March. I just was never satisfied with the doodles I did of her, because I could never make up my mind on what I wanted. In the end, I went with this - kinda plain but then again, it's pretty much Zuri just as she is. ^_^ With the little baby fire bird on her arm and all.
Now as for the calendar, I'm not really going to look at putting it together until later this year, as I have other things on my mind right now. In the mean time, this one will be offered as a print like all the rest. :3

Wow!!! great drawing there keysha-chan.......love the characther design.....especially with its really detailed accesories......,the sun symbol tattoo....and not to mention the fiery mini size phoenix......as well as the greyish background of the artwork itself......eventhough it looks kinda plain yet simple......in my opinion.....besides this great use of colors too.......very nice.....not much to comment on this particular artwork though.....except.....u could try drawing and experimenting the background with geometrical shapes of different shapes and sizes.....or even with different emphasis on lines......in making the drawing all the more intresting in nature........in addition to this.....the mouth on its own also seems to be missing a toungue.........but all in all great work there keysha-chan........keep it up........and never let the dream die!!!!

Now looking back at your other chibi's, it kind of seems like your chibi style has evolved since then. They still look awesome together though
Theres no rush anyway since people wont be looking to change their calendars till next year I don't think.

Yay, fire! Sorry, I like fire and for some reason that conserns my dad, but I don't get why. I'm hardly around fire, and I'm careful not to burn things if they'll end up in deadly flames.

Just out of curiosity, why did you choose fire for March?

Several reasons. For one, the end of march has the star-sign aries, which is a fire element. It's also the end of summer and the first month of autum (fall) here where I live, so it's a mix of warm weather but moving towards the golds and reds and oranges in the trees. And also because she's my fave of my goddess characters, and it's my birth month. X3
