Description
One image from a chibi Calendar I am making to sell on Deviant Art. The Calendar will feature all 8 of my element goddess' (From my manga) for each month - plus four new goddess who are made for the calendar only. Once complete, the Calendar will be on sale at DA as well as individual prints of each girl which will be up once they've been submitted.This is Midori, goddess of Earth. Representing the month of: October.
I know going by the poll, most people want Zuri or Glace, but...I already had Midori half-inked by then, so I wanted to get her finished...besides, it's nice to have a splash of green in the gallery. ^_^

I swear, her hair is the most loveliest thing I've seen today. Somehow, black and green work so beautifully, I keep thinking of the word, "Emerald" as a result.

Midori looks so precious!! I love the little sapling in her hand and the expression is just too cool. And again such a wonderful shading in her hair.. really, it looks so amazing with that dark green hair... like jade... Really beautiful! ^__^

The symbol on her forehead is the one for the element of earth - all the goddess' have a different one each.
She's pretty much just holding the flower...she's making it grow out of the seed. :3
