This will be moved to scraps very soon, but I felt it needed to be featured in the main gallery briefly as I have a sneaking suspicion far too many people still think that collaboration work I do with my friend Tanya ( *enolianslave ) is 100% all my own.

You know...asides mentioning that it's a collaboration, and pointing out several times in the image comments that Tanya does the pencils in everything we do. XD

So I guess this is also a good way of showing everyone what happens between the image Tanya finishes and the one I do. Some obvious things to note:

1) I am a detail whore and it shows. XD I tend to add a fair bit on top of what Tanya does. She does all the cool poses and expressions and in general make the subjects look AMAZING. I do the fiddly stuff.

...sometimes poses or expressions change in a mild sense too.

2) I usually add something in the background (unless we're talking about the monstrosity in the 2nd picture there, which I STILL need to go in and dull down a little...oh, the things I'll never do...)

3) What usually happens is Tanya will send me the sketch, and I will print it out and transfer it and continue on from there (since most images become slightly rough once printed).

Perhaps at some point in the future, I shall show a step-by-step on what I do when I do a collaboration with someone.
