I don't know where this came from, but it made me giddy as it started to develop. X3I was originally sketching Jak-related stuff, and his head sprouted the body pose, which demanded the light-Jak wings, which demanded a full-scale explosion in the background.
The only thing I want some advice on is - should I bother with the back of his neck-scarf (the one that hangs off all pretty-like down his back?) While this isn't perfectly symetrical anyways, I feel it would throw the image off too much.
Will transfer it to cardstock with class' giant light-box tommorow, then look at working on it more over the weekend.

Looking foward too see it colored... right now the eyes look a little empty... still there are not expressionless... he looks a little sad... maybe that would change with the color....

I love this picture! I don't think you need the back of the scarf, but if you do, hang it on his right side so the ring straps balance it.

Personally, I wouldn't worry about the back of his neck scarf...This drawing looks busy enough. It could really throw you off when colouring (then again, I have no idea how much contentration you put into your work).
This looks excellent! I'd be afraid to colour this, if it were mine.
It looks as if it were made for a stained glass window.

Maybe the back of the scarf couldbe ommitted in this one (whilst asuming it's behind him).

Hmmm...not sure about the scarf thing, it could go either way I think. Depends on how much of it you choose to show. But I can't wait to see thisn one finished, the sketch looks so pretty!!

I think whilst including the scarf isn't nessasary it would create a more balanced pic. Even though being symetrical is balanced. I think because the image isn't exactly the same on both sides it'd be better to include it.
