Ah. I KNEW the coloured version would look alot better. Though I'm rather miffed with the scan in some ways - their colour Background pannels aren't actually scratchy like that in the real version...and Ash's pannel is a much darker green.But yes - four of the most well-known females from Naughty Dog's Jak and Daxter serise.
Maia - By far my FAVE of all four. I had so much fun blending all the colours on her - most of all her skin.
And she just looks, well...sexy.Keira - My least fave - mainly because she didn't come out as cute/sexy as the others (though I still like her).
Tess - I drew her hair a lil' longer than usual...and I LIKE it! She's my second fave out of all of them.
Ashelin - Oh yeah...I love her over-the-shoulder pose and how red and sexy her hair came out.
Did this whole thing while watching my Return of the King extended Edition DVD. S'kinda hard to colour when you're crying half the time. Heh.

I have the Jak 2 and Jak 3 Authorised collection books, which have artwork and the precursor alphabet in them.
But NDI's official website has it somewhere on their website for the first Jak and Daxter game. :3

i always love ur jak and daxter art but this is by far my favorite, im def going 2 save this 2 my faves, i mean how could anyone not? the coloring and drawing here r beyond words, i especially love how u did keira, her hair, eyes, and coloring is amazing, this piece is just plain beautiful

*shrugs* Tess can be such a girly girl sometimes (or more than the other ladies of the games, at least) that I figured Pink would be the best colour to use along-side her. Besides, it does go well with blondes.

Very nice. I love the was Maia turned out and honestly I'm surprised she even showed up. I've never seen anyone draw her before. She turned out very pretty. Her smile is wonderful. As for the other three? Keira's hair is nicely done I think, I love Tess' eyes and Ashlin's look is wonderful. Heh. You gave her that pouty lip too! The background is nice as well. I like how the colors blended there and the yellow shine on the lettering.

So, I managed to like this image a good chunk or so. Strong coloring emphasis all around, and the expressions on the charries have managed to fit a lot of love for the scene. Mind, I am very impressed with how you did Maia and Ashelin, very sweet stuff

She IS my favorite, and Im glad she was YOURS, cos she's beautifffullll. You even added in the yellow/red eyes OH jeebus her eyes are BEAUTIMOUS. SO shiny and thick lashes and.. *drips into goop* But her hat is my favorite. The lttle orb things (which I have an addiction to anyways >> ) are unbearably shiny in SUCH a good way. Keira is so goshdarn cute <3 SO CUTE. You made her eyes far more 'POING, LOOKIT ME IM TOMBOYISH' and wide and clear than the others, and for that she makes a very large color statement with em. I ADORE how thick you've done her hair, both with color and lineart. (ISNT IT FUN!?) That collar looks suspiciously dogcollarlike... >_> KAIGETTINGINFLUENCE?!? XP *snickle* Such sweet shading!
You made Tess SEXY. VERY sexy. Like, pouty lips 'you know you want this' saucy barmaid sexy. And thaaaat... needless to say is a change XD Not saying Tess isnt capable, its just so SWEETLY NOT-RIGHT on her! TEEHEE. Ashe is the favourite of mine (the way you portray her is so cool, and yet...so cool,) with Maia a close second. Her skin rocks my socks.

I think Keira looks ADORABLE. And I don't even like her that much. XD But my favorite has to be Maia, because she was one of those nicely designed characters that didn't get enough development.. But you captured the Maia we all know (and obviously love) from the first game. And the Keira we love too. For some reason, Tess looks less bubbly, and kinda like.. she's peering over her shoulder butting in on one of Krew's conversations. (Which means I thinkin' second game. XD) After all.. She is kind of a SPY. And Ashelin looks kind of shy, peering over her shoulder.. It's so cute. X_X Cute in a hawt way though. Hard to describe. One thing I absolute love---the paint pen in Maia's face. A great way to step away from black lines in the face. Overall goody goody goodness, and of course I have to fav it..

ANYWHO. tess. favorite. endofstory. xDD i swear i sound biased sometimes (okay, usually ALL the time) but i honestly LOVE what youve done to her here. her long hair is beautiful, and it looks alot better when it's not all over the place. it makes her look really pretty and relaxed, and the pouty-like lips are a wonderful addition to that. maia is right up there with tess too, in fact, neck and neck. x3 her smirk is badass, bringing her entirely in character. she was always so...EVIL. in the best way possible. i dont know what it is, but i adore female villans moreso than males. 
i take it this is keira from the first game...so happy and cheery...actually smiling...unlike the other 2 games. the third doesnt count actually. >_> but anywho, she looks very adorable here, showing her true colors and looking perky. xD i love it. i also love how you give her lips, since your cant really see em in the game, cuz she doesnt wear lipstick. well, she needs to, courtesy of your design, cuz she'd look great with it. <3 AH ADORE IT! ashelin's expression is very sleek and sexy, and just downright perfect.

Maia's purple BG fits well (her brother is the Dark Sage, of course), and I never knew until now that light blue works VERY well on Kiera (I always associate her with either green ot lavender). The colorings on their names have got to be my fave considering how neat and shiny they look, like metal and stuff. Tess' eyes seem to spread out for my taste, but it does give her that sexy appeal that she's pretty good at doing. And argh, I LOVE it when you make those big lips on the girls, makes them either cute or sexy (it depends on how the girls pull if off), and I envy you for writing Precursor language better then me!

Heh - for the white of Maia's face, I used a Sakura white paint pen. It looks much like a Gel pen, but it actually works over the top of Prisma pencils (Gel pens don't like doing that). At first it comes out a clear colour, but after about five mins it dries into a really bright white colour.
