There's no point in trying to argue that the couple doesn't work. o_O I mean... Torn calls her 'sweetheart' in Jak X. (Despite how funny it sounds coming from his mouth...)

You're incredible with fabrics...Though...If you want Torn to really look like Torn, you shouldv shape his head differently...but whatever...Nobody said you had to do it that way.

YAYNESS for Torn ans Ashelin!!! Love the pairing! It's rare to see Torn do something such as that, I'd expect Ashelin to do it more so then him, but hey, that's what fanart is really about. The fact that the BG is completely tan in color adds A LOT to this picture. It makes the two stand out more and gives it a more meaningful and artistic feeling.

TornxAshe stuffs make my heart go happylove <3 I simply loved the inklings for this, and now its all coloured! :3 I lovelove how you coloured their skin <3 Such nifty colours you added to them! Really gives it more pizzazz <3 I really like how their hair/clothings stand out from the background :3 Really puts more focus on the two of em! Plus the bg is SO detailed and wonderful <3 Wows! Very beautiful!! The colors are amazing......course everything is amazing in this pic!! I like those two as a couple but the Jak 3 ending with the jak and ashelin confused me!! I mean at the ending of Jak 2 it seemed odvious who was gonna be with who. Gezzz o well still luv the game anyway. LoL anyway gettin bak to the pic XD I really like how u used the coffee great idea!! Did u dye the whole thing or just dabbed the paper?!?!

I can't really gush any more than everyone else already has, but it does deserve more gushing.
The one thing I really, really, above all else love in their hair. The colours are great, the line art is great, I really do love that rich deep colour of Torn's hair, it's perfect.
This is a stunning piece and I, for one, want to rant about how much I love this couple. ^_^

WAI! Its so CUTE Kai! And the style of the whole picture just looks great. I LOVE the background and the grungy-fullness. You know me and my grunge-self. XP I love the posing too and the coloring looks great (tho Ashe's suit is just a little too blue and not dark enough.) BLAH need a white gel pen to do your effects toooo... *falls over* Torn's hair is magnificent and I love the way Ashe's looks. But so I can actually make an intellegible comment and not just your run of the mill OMFG-SOCUTEo+LDHNH< SBD!!!!111oneuno!!!1, my only real beef is just... Ashelin seems a little disproportionate. O_o Maybe I'm going insane. her arm seems a little short or something. Whatever. POINT IS! GREAT JOB!

why would someone hate these two together? there adorable, i bet if torn was alone with ashelin he do something like that so the other guys dont see him being all sweet and flirty with her. hes awesome, ashelin you can tell shes gonna be naughty and peek! envy the coloring soo hard! coffee, very creative and brilliant! if i try that id ruin my room! been watching ya for a while and i gotta say, your the coolest blonde ever! the only one i liked so far! im a girl so dont get this as a lesbian thing. *bonk on head* im rambling again! bye bye!

the first thing that really caught my eyes here were the skin tones! the hints of purple and strong values...is just so pretty. ; ; hot damn, and ashelin's big ole eye is wonderful. your eye style is one of my favorites, cuz it's so glossy! i heartss it! ^_~ the shading and blending on torn's hair is very indeed, awe-inspiring, as kyrie says.
i also can't get over torn's expression! x3 he's not being a little wuss and is actually sucking up to ashelin. it's so sweet, with his widdle nose and his lips sorta poking out. 
and the simple-yet-not-really coffee tone with the sketch is one of my favorite techniques to see from you. ;D you've captured the whole KG environment perfectly, with a little shading to boot.

Holy hell, you've done a GREAT job on this @____@ It looks a zillion times better coloured. And that background. WHOA. I love Torn's hair, it really matches the brownish colours of the buildings behind them. Same goes for Ashelin, really. It's a VERY good thing you did'nt use bright and happy colouring for this XD

I have really grown to like this couple, and I think it's mostly due to your artwork. Yepyep. Let me say, when I first started watching you, about a gajillion deviations, 2 Jak games beaten, and a thousand favorites ago, you were amazing. And, if it was at all possible---you've gotten better. Your artwork has always amazed me, and now, it's.. awe-inspiring. (And that is something hard to come by out of me, really. I've seen good stuff--I mean, my best friend is a copic marker MASTER--but awe-inspiring is definately top-notch.) Firstish, I've noticed one thing that has really been astounding me lately--the metal. It's so metallic. It's funny, because earlier I was ranting about how hard it is to make metal look metallic, and here, this picture is just.. a prime example of how to make it look real. Next, the blue parts of their outfit, so perfectly and SEAMLESSLY changing from media to media. The hair. My goodness, it just has an overpowering soft look about it. The skin is scratchy, which, I think, looks brilliant on this piece, dodging between lighting sources, and is an effect to what I see *Wennichelle do. (Her artwork is a great example of showing what colorpencils used right can do. It looks like paint, just like their skin does.) And let's not forget the background. Food isn't just food, it's art supplies, too! Which, I think, is totally cool.
I could probably commend this piece for hours, so, to save us both some time, I'm going to leave it at that, hoping you know how much I REALLY like this, and fav it, because it deserves it. A LOT.
