NOTE: You rant about this couple, you will earn a mean growl and new enemy. I honestly do not CARE what you think of TornxAshelin if you don't like them together. If your comment isn't art-related and is just to trash me with 'those two suck' or write something that will spoil Jak 3 for others and such - then just refrain from saying anything at all.EDIT: Best viewed in full-view. For some reason, Ash's head looks rather large in the smaller DA version.
Now, with that out of the way - I'm sorry to 98% of the people who comment on my work and actually respect an artist's wishes. I will continue now in a happy-cheery mood I am actually in.
Torn and Ashelin fluff. Alot of us like it anyway - and Ashelin's expression says she knows what's coming (she's peeking! Bad girl!
). The inks doesn't really reflect how much better I know the coloured version will be. And there will be alot more BG too (think Haven City in pencil, then with the coffee wash I like to do over it and you'll know what I mean).Of course - their facial tattoos will look alot better too - only done in pencil here to act as my guide later when the colours come (again, I'm saving this for Nicki's place...got alot of work ahead of me. XD).
And yes - this is set in Jak 2 time...maybe just after the war was 'won', you might say.

Veery cute,I never suspected the two were together,but I have no quarrels over it.My brother plays the game and told me Jak and Ash were together,but thats for another day.ANy how,its drawn beautifully!They look like the sweetest couple.

Kawaii!! Very cute! I love how Torn turned out, though Ashelin's bugging me for some reason... Her expression is beyond adorable, but... I think it's the way her left shoulder is positioned. It looks a little funny to me. The only other thing I can notice is that you missed that funny little blank spot on Torn's tattoo. There's this rounded off triangular spot in the right side of his forhead. Um... Anyway... Enough of my perfectionizm if that's even a word! Very nicely done. I love the way their hair came out. Torn's more then Ashe's, but I tend to favor the guys so... Yeah... o.o; I look forward to the colored version! XD

Yeah there was sort of a relationship between them in Jak2.... there was more of a relationship between Ashlin and Jak in the third game.

Torn and Ashelin are a true item, and the postures have done well to provide a lot of sweetness upon the image. ^.^ I remember those moments of the war being won (but ultimately it was lost, bring back teh bloody Baron! ;_; ), and I can admit it felt so fitting of the pairing.
One lil thing I need to say about the anatomy tho - is that a tongue Ashelin's showing, or is that one damn huge lower lip? o.O regardless, it'll be great to see how the colored version of this came around. Go Kai!

I think I met them from Jak 2 (even though I only played 10% of it because I'm too busy). They look a promising couple and you do the posing of the two together very well. Very good drawing.
