Yeah, another one of those short little comics done simply for the 'cute' factor (I love little bebe Elrics so!)
Not the best of my comics art-wise, but I'm working on alot of stuff at the moment...*passes out from exhaustion*

Q: Where did the umbrella come from?
A: Um...Ed transmuted it? Really, I have no idea. Maybe he was prepared and brought it with him. X3
Q: What's in Ed's mouth?
A: A stalk of wild grass. He is a country-born boy, after all. He's just chewing on it. :3

I'd say...
Ed, like all anime characters, has a 'secret place.' It's like this.. fifteenth dimension where they pull out odd objects--i.e. the stereotypical paper fan, hammers, Excaliborg.. It's unexplained, it's unrealistic, and possibly funny to a newcomer to anime, but we who are experienced know the ways of the secret place. >D And we probably abuse them.
I looove the different kitty expressions.

Honestly? The idea of Ed whistling, humming or singing any tune at all makes me giggle like whoa. I highly doubt he can carry a tune, given Romi's impression of him singing Melissa. XD

If you did, what color did you use for the skin? I've been looking for a skin color marker for a while.

I used Tria markers for the skin on this, but as i don't have them on me, I can't tell you the colours as they go by the pantone colour system and there's no way I can memorise those numbers, sorry.
