After doing Donny, I got tempted to do 3 more for all the turtle toddlers (Sorry, I just love what cute little kids they were). So here's Leo.He seems to have the brightest green skin out of all of them in the 4Kids version of the show.
I dedicate this guy to *LovelyKouga
And same with the Donny one - ignore the fact that the BG is their second lair rather than the first like it should be.

Leo's my least fave, but he is so cute here. I love his expression (you just know he's glaring at Raph and/or Mike for teasing him). And we can forgive him for his odd angle on the swords (it may be right, but looks akward to me), since he is still learning. PROOF THAT LEO ISN'T PERFECT! Yea!
