well I used photoshop, and the sprites I got them from there's a deviation there with all the characters in brawl and you can download them. For the template go to the second deviation there should be the one where you can download the template. I believe there are people who can make this for the guys that don't have photoshop o.o but anyways I hope I was of any help to you
