I know I have drawn Blue Star from the first game but I couldn't find a good enough reference for me to draw the new design

I actually think that you executed this pose really well, it almost looks like official art. The only thing is, his hands could be posed a little more dynamically--I feel like the fingers on the back hand look slightly less polished than the rest of the drawing.
Still awesome, though.
