This is page 2 of a four-page comic story that I submitted for the third International Manga Award which is “an award for the excellent comic works all over the world”. The results were announced yesterday and unfortunately I did not win. However, drawing this story was a nice experience for me and the story is a valuable addition to my portfolio.
The story is set in Syria. It is titled “Clash of Styles” and was written and illustrated by me.
As my story is a spoof of a number of well-known comic books, I think you are going to spot more than one character resembling a famous comic book character in one way or another.
