Is that just Pen on paper then colored in Photoshop or did you edit the ink with layers/paint before you colored??

Amazing, and you say this if your first time coloring in PS? Did you read tutorials or something? o_o
Nice coloring. I love the way it changes from green to something blueish purple. Or is it the other way around?
