I wanted these guy's as my Follower, but every time I asked I was forced to say "Sorry, already have an Animal with me" when I didn't
unless the game is extremely racist referring J'zargo as an Animal.

It's a glitch, it sucks, it happens if you had another animal follower and they died, or if you might have intereacted with that stray dog.
