As a kid I was completely mesmerized by a game called "Starshine Legacy" from a pretty small Swedish company. It had 4 parts (about an hour of gameplay each).

My own kid is now playing them which is very nostalgic and I had to do this speedpaint of Starshine. :')

And yes, I play "Star Stable Online" that has the similar characters and story, however, since the company changed, I do like the old games better.
