If this girl were living here, she'd get fined for not wearing her helmet! And for not wearing proper biking footwear.
But then all she would have to do is flash those gorgeous long legs at the police officer.
I love her hair,and the free spiritness of this piece. It's so breezy looking and you can almost feel the warmth.It's a challenging pose to be sure, but it's rendered very well. And I love her hands!

Everybody seems to worry about how to ride a bike in these shoes.
I'm more comcerned about that skirt, it's impossible to ride a bike in it without causing some accidents.
