Basic information -

Sun was born as a loner kit along with his brother, Dawn, by two cats named Laksmi and Ron, a couple of former kittypet cats who ran away from their homes for the safety of their kits. They live in the forest for moons until they find a clan living inside of a cavern of crystals. The Clan of the Shining Place desperately needed another healer since the former one and his apprentice were killed, and with Ron having a bit of experience with medicines they are accepted as new members, and with their kits as warrior apprentices.
Sun was terrible in fighting, but showed a bit more of interest in following his father's steps as a healer, learning only enough for self defense and then being moved to be an healer’s apprentice and renamed Faith.
After Faithsong receives his healer’s name, the clan starts to decline with sickness and lack of prey, leaving many cats ill including his parents and with that, letting him as the only healer of the clan. He tries everything to save the cats, but things get worse when a patrol is attacked by a fox, leaving more injured cats for him to deal with. The pressure and expectations of the clan leads him to nights without sleeping and several changes in his humor, always nervous and getting stressed easily. Faithsong is able to save most of the sick cats, but the clan is affected by the loss of some warriors, among them the leader’s mate, Laksmi and Dawnsky.
After the death of his brother and mother, he starts to blame himself and pushes away anyone who tries to talk with him, including his father, staying all alone all time.
This continues until a small kit grab his leg thinking he was her brother. For a time, or at least with her, he slowly starts to bring his barriers down and him and Sweetberry become closer. After a fight with the clan’s leader, Faithsong is chased away from the caverns, leaving everything he knew behind, but with Sweetberry at his side, glading her loyalty and swearing that he would protect her with his life. They decide to live as travelers, and Faithsong drops his healer name thinking he never deserved it, and renaming himself as Sundawn to remember his family and failure.

Trivia -

Sundawn is really calm, with a few things bringing him out of the way, he will always choose to avoid trouble the way he can. He always had problems with social interactions even with his own family and clan mates, only talking when necessary, being quiet almost all time and showing affection more with gestures than with words. Being the center of attention is more than a nightmare for him.

He hates summer and any other day with strong sunlight. He has very sensitive eyes and skin, staying under shadows, old trunks or anything that will prevent him from staying in the sunlight. When hunting, he tends to use more of his hearing and smell senses. On the other hand, he enjoys stormy days because he finds the sound of the rain falling relaxing.

He loves feathers and birds, especially ravens and magpies. Sometimes he likes dreaming he was able to fly.

The scarf he wears is most used to carry herbs and flowers.

Personal notes-

Sundawn is a huge/tall cat but not that strong.

His red pupils and white lashes are NOT optional, but they can be adapted.
