Description
Today I did my (kind of) "farewell"-phototrip and drove to Gelsenkirchen. Sunday I'll be taking my plane to Ireland and so this was probably my last chance to take photos of my german woofies for the next 9 months. This really makes me very sad. It's mean, there are so many wolves I would have loved to photograph especially this winter. But well, I won't complain. It's not like I'm not going to Ireland voluntarily. And hopefully the wolves of Dublin Zoo can help me with my nostalgia. Anybody ever been to Dublin Zoo?

Of course the Gelsenkirchen-puppies were extra nice to me on such a meaningful day - and let me wait 3 hours straight before I even caught a glimpse of them. In the end I'm a bit surprised that I got more good photos than I expected. The puppies are beautiful and this girl here is probably one of the pur-blackest puppies I've ever seen. Though funnily I discovered that she has a big white spot on her abdomen, which is rather unusual. Hardy-daddy is just as lovely and patient as always.
