The situation that had sparked this vent, has for the most part, been solved and no longer is an issue. So that's the good thing^-^

Heard the saying that "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade", but seemed that we were tossed a very large sour lemon that could never be made into lemonade.
fortunately it seems things have been resolved for the most part, can only hope that it lasts for a while.
