Lapis had sat upon his stray asteroid for a millennia, endlessly caring for the mysterious galaxies throughout the universe. But then... one day as he was tending to a galaxy, he noticed... it began to stir! His asteroid rocked dangerously as he gripped onto his little home. His eyes widened as the galaxy shrunk and began taking form. Beautiful colors around him of purples and blues swirled around him as a pair of glowing, blinding white eyes opened to look at him.
Lapis felt very small under the eyes of this magnificent beast.
His first thought was that a galaxy had been taken by a space beast, he'd had run ins before with them but... this was different. This galaxy was... another feline? The feline leaned down to Lapis and blinked, his voice was surprisingly soft and sweet. "Are you the little one who's been looking after my galaxies?"
Lapis blinked, so this was the cat that created the mysterious galaxies? He nodded. And after a long moment, the galaxy cat came closer. "It's a lonely place in this big universe." He said. "What's your name?"
"Lapis Crepusculum." Lapis said simply, his voice a bit scratchy from disuse.
"I am Beta Euthenia... little one." The galaxy cat said, sitting down in the middle of space. Like he was on some sort of invisible platform. He smiled. "Perhaps we should stick together in this lonely place."
Lapis couldn't help but smile. "Yes... I'd like that."

As they leaned in slowly towards each other, they didn't realize things were about to change... forever.As promised here is my two space babies for Briyoedoe23 ! I saw your vent I just didn't know what to say so... I thought finishing this tonight might cheer you up a bit ;w; So, I finished it and I hope you like it! I tried anyways!
I made available in stickers, posters, spiral notebook, and board prints if anyone is interested! (I thought it looked cool on the journal so I couldn't resisit ;w; )
