I LOVE this! very david fincheresque in it's grittiness, but its still very clear! the lighting is great and really sets a mood (tho i'm not articulate enough to identify it).

i love the dark colors, it makes it seem more mysterious and interesting

The image is compelling. I would like to see stronger highlights though, on his hands and the one side of his face.

The idea is to still mostly hide the identity though, if the highlights were any stronger it would be inconsistent with the rest, I think... I'll have another look later. Thanks for the thoughts
