Raviente is one of my favorite monsters! It's a huge earth dragon so massive that it can create volcanic eruptions by breathing into the ground! how is that not awesome?!!?!!

well have you seen their cousins the green one and the black one? ill try them later... i like drawing so much because the details and the regal appearance almost heraldic... by the other hand i drawing dara amadyura (dalamadur.. ugh lame name) because is more sinister.. and scares me!

Dalamadur is actually my second favorite monster and it's much bigger than raviente! And yes I've seen the violent and berserk raviente as well, I've drawn one myself! I love what you've done, the details and shading and the monster's overall presence

Big snake!
Or, judging by the look of the head and mouth... Not a snake, but a serpent wyrm thing! Β Close to snake, but more dragon'y sort of reptilian than snake reptilian

Mm, who do you think would me harder - or at least more tedious - to draw? Dalamadur or Ravie? Β They've both got so many intricate and repetitive details in their design, and a lot of serpent to cover... XDΒ

i like draw intrincate creatures with details and some ...
hmmm raviente have some weird features and dara amadyura (like more the japanese name sorry ) looks like a badass giant lizard via evolution snakelike the two are so bad ass (have you heard the music themes?) raviente is more safari thing and dara amadyura its more a transilvanian thing .... i like the armor sets specially when no one can complete them ....
their armors are so difficult of find or what? whatever heheheh i like the two creatures check out my gallery and perhaps you can find some interesting ....

Yeah I found that interesting about Najarala and Dala, the fact they have stubby lizard-like legs on them ^^

Pretty dramatic~ Β My favorite is still Lagiacrus's theme (The Moga Island battle one) from 3U though ^^
Mm, I meant which of the two monsters would you find harder to draw. Β Me personally, I find Dala harder because he has all those tons of hook-like spikes on his head and all along his body, made all the worse when he's twisting and turning while moving - the perspective and angles and so forth just make him so frustrating for me to draw x_x

yeah the frustration... i fell the same way hahahah because this i still drawing the thing many many times for, some day draw it i make it realistic and bad ass...Β
by the way i draw the monster of monster hunter specifically the ones whose armor are not popular, you know SOOOO MANYYYY people worried about the rathalos and rathian armor sets (uuuugh!) too mainstream, perhaps the designs are really cool (i must admit it) but its sooo popular and is everywhere! but the final boss armors or the hard to hunt monster have gorgeous armors sets... anyway i like the armors models and change materials... i must upload some old worw was a female armor tigrex without belt piece, unisex both male and female characters but with khezu materials... was a challenge Β but you know what i mean...
now think about the moga armor (mh3) or gogomoa armor but made with dara amadyura materials... the scales the spikes!!! the so much detailed!!! he! perhaps im a klutz but, i like the challenges!

I really like the detail, it brings out the fierceness.Β I also like the back scales in the forefront, shows that you messed around with the balance of the painting until you got that perfect combo between the foreground and background.Β It's an overall amazing piece, I can't say anything stands out as bad.Β Awesome!

well a great trick is detail a draw and take a bit of time detailing it so you can create a bit of sofistication i need more practice hehehe

yeah yeah, I know, I just meant there are a LOT of scales and from my experience with my mermaids, scales are very tedious and time consuming!
