Well alternatively, maybe the actual seen wouldn't be a confrontation but rather a "big reveal" scene which we learned not only did Booker was able to operate the Bathyspheres, does this mean he is also able to use the Vita Chambers as well? Which means he has the same DNA? Or rather...Booker/Comstock and Ryan are the same Constant with the same genetic structure (I guess they can tie in Infinite's Physics and Bioshock 1's genetics/biology together...).

Actually...Ryan has his Vita Chambers and he can pick up any of Rapture's weapons to deliver in return.

Maybe Ryan can also use Plasmids as well...although it's highly implausible though since he's unlikely going to want to degenerate himself into a Splicer unlike Fontaine though....

Ya he probably wouldn't use plasmids. He didn't use them in the game or in the book "Rapture". So I doubt he ever would..

Although thinking about it though...it's highly possible that Booker (even Elizabeth) and Ryan are equals so them killing each other would probably be a waste of time anyways.

Unless Booker shuts off every Vita Chamber in Rapture though (since it's also highly possible that Ryan 'survived' Jack's encounter with him but he just teleported into a another Vita Chamber somewhere in Rapture and probably is in hiding.
