Well, if you want my sincere opinion, I say that maybe you could give some more details and form to the hair. Shades and lights give a lot of realism But it's nicely done! Thanks for using it!

It's very easy! I made all my dolls with the mouse only and with practice and proper tutorials, and in time, it becomes very simple!
