Guess the future war has drained resources's so much that Soldiers have to use whatever they can to fight regardless of when it was first used.
(Like in Dr Who, Genesis of the Daleks)
I really like how he looks like a WWII soldier put on some kevlar and grabbed and M4. Helps with the Man out of Time theme.

Thanks man! My influences were 'Firefly' and 'Terminator: Salvation'. Like you said, the idea behind it is that the war has taken such a toll on society that everything has kind of been set back and soldiers are using whatever they can get their hands on. Glad you like it!
