Of course! I LOVE chibi bases! And, that rude idiot was being hypocritical about what he said! Seriously, we all have a choice whether we upload stuff or not, and yes, he SAID he makes bases and all... YET, you're brave enough to actually post them! I personally think that he shouldn't say stuff like that, unless he can back it up, without the mean comments! I especially love the ones with the really think eye outlines, and I just want to glomp the rest for being so damn cute! 8D

i have made bases, lots and lots of them. they are quite usefull for the one that makes one character over and over, but i cant see the need for them in chibi characters, thats all.
