I think you did a wonderful job with the shading, lighting and emphasis on the different textures.
From the little details of the dress's color reflecting off the mic stand to soft fabric of the curtains behind her, great work!
I do feel like the teeth throw me off a bit though if anything. 
If I had to give a reason for that, maybe they are too shaded?

It was a challenge (but it seems to have paid off) to get the different textures and lighting aspects (this was my second time actually, the first being the Sari pic - albeit slightly simpler there)
And yes - the teeth were indeed a big stump for me. I generally have a tough time doing teeth in a shaded/lots of source lighting condition. I couldn't decide to leave the pure white or shade them T T but it does seems the shading has gone a tad overboard, ne ?
But I think I know why you're shifting attention to her teeth...You can't stop staring at her *other* parts and imagining her nekkid, can you ~~ ? *huehuehue*

Yeah, I have trouble with shading teeth too. Its so easy to go overboard.
