I'm not sure what art program you used but I would recommend not using the fill tool, as it leaves white lines and unfinished areas, like on sharp corners and stuff. Some of the colors are going outside of the lines also, like on the right figure's hand that is in a fist. Also I wouldn't recommend using plain black if you're going to flat-color something, I would do a really dark grey so you can still see the lines. The necks seem to be pretty thick and the heads are reminding me of Candace from Phineas and Ferb (if this was the effect you wanted to go for, then ignore this). The poses seem pretty stiff, I would recommend references. I do like how you did their mouths though, it's a nice style. Next time I would take the time to do some shading, it'll go a long way. Overall this is a nice piece and I look forward to seeing more of your art in the future!

Alright so, allow me to give you a real critique.
I like the line work, I hope this is something you draw yourself and that the lines aren't ripped from somewhere else. Also, I like the effect you did on the blond male. His face is good for the situation he's in.
However, your coloring, which I can tell was just using the paint bucket, is really horrible. at least take the time to fill that in. Please. It looks really bad when you don't, trust me, I know. I understand that backgrounds are hard, but if you could of put a gradient for the background, just to darken it a bit, it would have looked great.
