Here is my design on one of Junior's best friends, Dee Dee from Popeye and Son. In my take, she is Junior's first best friend and eventual love interest.

While we don't know where or what her parents are, all we know that she is Junior's love interest. Her friends are her best friend, Polly and her best male friend, Woody. Her rival is Tank. She also maintained a good relationship with Popeye, Olive Oyl and Swee'pea.
