Here's Master Hamato Yoshi A.K.A. Master Splinter in his mutant rat form. I didn't want him to look too old, just around late thirties.

Bio: Hamato Yoshi AKA Master Splinter is the teacher of Ninjitsu skills from Japan, a devoted husband of Tang Shen, a loving father of Miwa, an adopted father of Raph, Leo, Donnie and Mikey and the mentor of Miwa, Turtles and their friends who became his students. In Japan, He was a skilled student of Ancient One who adopted him as his own son after he was orphaned. He was friend then rival to Oroku Saki, who he constantly fought over Tang Shen, who only had eyes for Yoshi. And so, after one fight with Saki that resulted in the fire that destroyed their home, Yoshi and his family, along with Ancient One, escaped and, after a conversation with the Ninja Tribunal, was sent to America to live in a monastery that was built in New York. Years later, while Miwa and Ancient One were asleep, Yoshi and Tang Shen were abducted by Baron Draxum, who experimented on them and four orphaned babies, resulting in them becoming Mutant Halfas. After they escaped and returned home, the couple explained the situation to Ancient One and Miwa, who both understood and accepted them. While the boys were mutant halfa with turtle DNA Yoshi and Tang Shen are mutant halfa with rat DNA, giving them the rat night visions, keen sense of hearing and smelling and agile rat like ability, which Yoshi got the nickname "Splinter" for his famous hand chopping and rat chomping on wood planks. 15 years after that, he had taught Miwa and her adopted siblings the art of Ninjitsu. He had a pet Chicken (similar to Wu's Chicken from Ninjago) named Niwa, named after the Japanese word 'niwatori' (鶏) meaning 'hen'. When he learned that Saki had set up a criminal empire in the foot, under the alias 'Shredder', Yoshi knew his children {and, later on, his additional students} have to take action to combat Shredder AND Draxum, along with others. Eventually, he and Tang Shen made peace with and forgave Draxum after the baron himself was convinced of his wrongdoings by Lloyd and Konoka, who he saved from Tigerclaw right after. After the final battle with Shredder and Ch'rell A.K.A. Krang, in which the latter betrayed the former and the Foot clan, Yoshi made pease with Saki at last. After that, Yoshi trains his students and teams up with Saki against the Fire-Hand Clan.

He will have a reprisal voice of Hoon Lee (Splinter from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2012 series)
