The title actually fits the image this time: A page from the Midori notebook, that was completely random.
I think this was after reading about whatever's left of the punk / HC scene around the SLO area over the past several years, and thinking about what kind of crap I would have drawn then for either a show flyer or an album cover. With hopefully some improvement in the technical department the meanwhile. No promises though.
(And actually, I can feel some of the old bad drawing habits creeping in again since I've been doing more notebook drawings over the past few weeks. I think a large part of it, besides the Pavlovian subject matter, is just getting too close to the drawing itself and not hovering over it or backing away and seeing it from a distance. Digital gives the advantage of zooming in and out constantly, and I think I need to do this more often with anything traditional. I have an extension cord for the headphones, so there's really no excuse.)
Anyhow, same as last time: Colerase, Microns 01, 05, 08, Graphic 2 and 3, Pilot Hi Tec C Maicas. And a Pentel Graphgear 1000 0.3 with H led for the woman's face at the bottom.
