Wooh it's out~ good effort.

The depiction of trisep and the border of brachioradialis - bisep bothers me. Dont know if that is what you wanted. & I will give a lio more highlight n smoothness to the garment at his left vastus medialis area, as it is lifted up and catches the light source.
