It's only racist if you don't like black people, I on the other hand don't care about someone's skintone, but I'll ask, why are they black?

Not only is Rarity literally the whitest character in the show, but if we're gonna bring race into this, does that mean that Zecora is French? If anything I feel that the shape her eyes were drawn in (as well as Twilight's) lean more towards an Asian feel.   I'm just saying, if we're bringing race and culture to something that doesn't have (or need) it, there's already examples of several in the series, such as Zecora seeming like she's fresh off the boat from Ghana. Does that mean that Rarity and Maud are part zebra?

But, at the same time, they're multicoloured cartoon horses, why are people getting so bent out of shape or demanding over who is what race or culture, when in the show they have none (Well, only Applejack is uncultured, zing.)
