well from context I can tell that. But if thats true they would be at around fourty five degrees from each other instead of right up against each other. Since no other panel suggest that it becomes a bit more confused. From what I can tell her torso should be straight up and down, the camera should be between her knees or so but the view should prolly be obstructed by his tail and ass.
Its a bit nit-picky but nonsensical drawings just for tits is what killed many great marvel and DC characters
