She can give the police a full description of him and leave him on the run. Not good for business in a hitman's line of work. Fewer witnesses, the better. In the previous page her reactions were kinda dazed. shell shock. would've ruined her attempts at describing her. But seeing as she was focused enough to go grab a gun and point it at him, it could be assumed by Kian she has some kind of training, meaning she's still a threat. Best solution is to kill her.
