Verdi (Voiced by Sharon den Adel) is a leaf bug and plans to be a famous performer in all the bugdom. She's delicate, kind to many, very mature, but is so gullible. She can be easily tricked and will believe anything. She's a constant traveller, so her music is her home. However, she often talks about her younger sister, Tulip, and how she's her inspiration.

Terrace (Voiced by Ewan McGregor) is a grasshopper, but likes to be called Terry for short. He is a member of Hopper's gang, but is only there for personal reasons. His recent wife worked for a bee colony as a messenger, but fate met her when she was swallowed by a frog. Terry would take her place and having to take care of his son, Zapper. Unfortunately, Zapper was caught eating some honey from a closed-off vault, and now Terry had to upheld a bargain with the Queen Bee; pay off the amount of honey that was taken or she'll keep his son. Terry is known as the smart-ass in the group, but with Verdi, he is a lot kinder and considerate, but still will say something before he thinks.

After the first year of making the deal with the Any Colony, Hopper and his gang would retreat to different locations while constantly travelling back and forth to Ant Island to collect the food. During one settlement, Terry went to a show with his friends, and there he saw Verdi, singing. It was love at first sight with him.

Meeting her backstage, Verdi and Terry found a connection with each other and planned to see each other more often. In other words, where ever his gang retreated, she would travel there to perform just for him.

However, Hopper caught on what he was doing, kidnapped Verdi, and forced her to perform just only for him and his gang. Although Terry was happy to see her, he didn't want her to be kept prisoner.

After the demise of Hopper, Terry returned to free Verdi. In return, Verdi helped him get his son back, and they became a family.

Now, some of you may be thinking:

"WHUUUT?! You can't have a leaf bug and a grasshopper together! They ain't the same species!"

Well, never was Gypsy and Manny, and they were married...cuz Pixar said so.

And also, the leaf bug is from the grasshopper family. Similar features, dude.

Anyway, will be colored later.

PS: Verdi means "green" in Italian, and Terra- is a prefix for "earth". Put them together: "green earth". Ha! I is so smart!
