If you plan on making any unscheduled trips to Tribe Carlisle territory anytime soon, you had better not get caught! Scarlett wont only keep your prisoner, but she also likes to play "games" with her prisoners. [[Cruel]] She will fight them until one is victorious. It amuses her to see two cats fighting. They don't neccasarily have to fight to the death, but close enough. She has a small building she likes to place the cats in. There is always a place to sit, and always a fight that's bloody.

Scarlett is basically an over-grown kit. She is rude, demanding, and likes to be mean to her fellow Tribemates. She wants the world and nothing less. She demands every cats attention and respect, although she does not really deserve it.
Sometimes she blames all of her problems on other cats, which is unfair. She is resented by most cats, but dosen't really care.

This red cat is quite self-centered. She is highly thought upon (By herself). She likes to think that all of the Tribes will bow down to her every command. This is what makes her a terrible leader. If she wants a small portion of another Tribe's territory, she will not be afraid to ask. Unfourtunetly, this happens quite often. Most Tribes dislike Tribe Carlisle, which was once loved and respected throughout the City.

This cat wouldn't know you loved her if you screamed it down to her from the Skyscraper. She is not one to be cuddly and nice, and usually dosen't know any feeling then hate or annoyance when she sees it. Maybe, one day, some cat could change her? It's quite possible, since she's so young, but right now, it would be hard to get your feeling through to her.

Though she has a lot of bad qualities, one of her great ones are loyalty. She is ferociously loyal to her Tribe, and never leaves someone behind. She is in the making of a great leader, but maybe was appointed a little too young and inexpirenced. But, if you injure her an any mental way, she will have no problem with dropping you and moving on.

[[History]]
-Kit- A small red cat is born in the midst of battle. Her mother, an unknown cat, gave birth to her and two other small kittens in the middle of a battle that would mark the City for many moons to come. It was the Battle of All Tribes. The Tribes were at war, refusing peace and shedding blood throughout the streets.
And, in that battle, Scarlett's mother died. Struck down while protecting her kits. The large Dugan cat had made his way through the kittens, one by one he chomped their little heads, while they squealing ceased. The last one to go was a little red kitten with shriveled wings. Perhaps the runt of the litter. But, as the dark cat approched, a shape came flying toward it, and the big cat stopped moving toward them, caught in battle with a suprisingly strong skinny white cat.
All Scarlett could remember was sharp teeth clutching her neck, her eyes sealed with the blood of other cats.
Scarlett grew with her savior, a kind elderly cat with torn wings named Frigid, whoose milk had almost dried up from her last litter she was to have. The white cat was of Tribe Carlisle, something Scarlett was later to find out. She grew strong, her near death expirience fading quickly from her mind, and she almost didn't remember it.

-Pale Feather- Her mentor was the leader of Tribe Carlslie, Makani. He tought her the ways of being a Talon, and Scarlett, so caught up in her own arrogance, thought he was hinting at her leadership. Of course, he had no idea what she was planning to do in her leadership.

And Frigid, her adopted mother caught a paticularly beautiful fox, and made Scarlett a coat. She wouldn't be able to wear it until she was older, because it wouldn't fit. That didn't stop her from wearing it all the time.
Then, after a paticularly violent bought of sickness, Scarlett's beloved mother, Frigid, died. Scarlett still thinks to this day that was her real mother.

-Talon- Scarlett grew into a large cat. But some sort of evil had taken over her soul. When Frigid died, she thought she was alone, not paying any attention to the concerned cats around her. She didn't care.
She knew about the murder of her siblings and mother, the big Dugan cat, and she resented them for it.
And as she grew older, so did her sickness of the heart. She often growled and snapped at cats, even if they were being kind. She was a strong, capable Talon, but the older leader Makani did not see the hostile ange that twisted her heart.
And so, her rank of deputy came.

-Deputy- Scarlett's shadowed mind soon was apparent to Makani. He regreted his descision, but soon he wouldn't have to worry about his descision any longer.
In Scarlett's deputy moons, she met the Dugan leader, ---. She tried to confront and fight him, but he had a diffrent approch. They were soon meeting every night and Scarlett's hurt heart was forgotten... For a while. They soon stopped meeting after a decliration of war upon Carlisle.
Dugan and Carlisle were at war not long after Scarlett found out she was pregnat with ---'s kits. She was hopeless. She couldn't possibly give them up, but what would happen to her leadership if she didn't? She couldn't become a leader with the kits... So, she nursed them in a little abandoned house, but she had to leave them every night to continue her duties as deputy. Then, as she was coming back, a strong scent of fox filled the air.
She rushed into the den, and there, were two foxes, feeding on her helpless kits. She turned her fury upon them, and soon, there was fox blood mixed in with the kitten blood. All but one died. She had names the kitten who resembled her so greatly Aranda, which meant Survivor in old winged cat tounge.
She soon figured she couldn't have her kit live like this. So she took her to the Dugan leader, who accepted her greatfully. "I will take great care of her, love." He had murmured, then dissapeared into the shadows. That was the last time they had spoke.
No one knew of their realationship, her loss. Her heart was even more darkened. She couldn't bear the pain... She had lost everything.
But she lost yet another important cat to her. The old blue cat, Makani was struck down in battle. Dugan had suddenly flooded the camp, tearing down the crates and destroying the Phortic's herb storage. Scarlett was devestated. She was to become leader when all this fresh pain filled her heart? And this mess, she had to fix it all by herself?

-High Asten- Scarlett's pain and rage soon turned to cold, twisted, calm brutalness. She wanted to hurt cats. Maybe not her own, but any cat would do. If a stray is caught in her territory, she will keep them prisoner. And then, if another cat came along, she would take them to an arena and make them fight. Often to the death. No one in Tribe Carlsile could understand their leaders cruel descisions. They didn't question them, though, for fear of her rage.
