I love Silent Hill so much.
I beat 1 and 2, and now I'm playing 0rigins (for psp takes place before 1)
And I just encountered Pyramid head for the first time and... He doesn't have his pyramid head! He has a pyramid mask... I'm sure it explains how he gets the pyramid though..
Btw I think I found your error.. His right hand is backwards? ;D

I don't know anything about SH origins, I don't have a psp and I will not. xD
I allways like the idea that PH is a mind creation of James.. but if in origins explains more ... I don't know, but in SH2, there a lot of paintings of PH and some plates with egipt-like drawings, there must be something more about him xD

Yeah thats sort of what I was confused about.
PH was james creation thing.. The nurses have no face because it represents his view on women...

Hopefully as I play it will continue, maybe it knew of James mind stuff and was created before hand.. ... or maybe it's just a sequel with peoples favorite characters -_-;
