Description
The asshole of the crew members, Hal has a lot of history in the carnival being the 2nd oldest, basically was there when Demitri made the Carnival. He enjoys torturing people for his own entertainment and create drama making crew members split apart or fight. He's the second most powerful too but it only holds in his cystal ball but Demitri hid it so he's on a constant search to get it back.

In the story he's mostly in a box making a group that are against Demitri called the Tarots, where they try to ruin Demitir's chance with the Queen and make him look awful.

Hal's very self centered and gets pissed if he's ignored.
