I'm going to start with the armor when i finish some projects i'm working on ^^
The gun is made with a base of floral foam, wich i covered with paper mache, and then with a mouldable putty named "Aguaplast" (i don't know if it is sold out of Spain, but it is used by plumbers for covering holes in walls). I hope this will help!

^__ it helps, have you consider using aluminum tape with the gun and armor? pain in the ass but worth it in the end as you make it look metallic in case you ever want to try some thing new.
