A rather small, yet well-funded television network channel available in several countries on Jauna Zeme. The channel mostly showcases attire sold in the stores of COLLAR as an audiovisual booklet of items available. However, on some occasions, the channel also displays full-length films, if the actors in these films were using attire provided by COLLAR stores. A number of such films are Jauna Zeme box office blockbusters, such as:
- The Wild Drow (drama);
- Undertown trilogy (action);
- The Mate X trilogy (action, thriller);
- The Rubberface Jackhammer Genocide (horror), among many others.
In addition, COLLAR TV hosts game shows, where the watchers may win either discounts or rare items from the COLLAR store (weekends only). There have been suggestions of letting COLLAR TV broadcast more explicit adult-themed content, but the laws of some countries on Jauna Zeme forbid the display of such material on public television (or allow it only late at night; around 3-5 AM), despite these countries still having COLLAR stores.
