Description
A little 'equipment sheet' I made, inspiring by 's equipment/armor sheets here: Not sure whether this ozcura concept would fit his world, but this is how the Scarhealer ozcuras would gradually evolve throughout the ages.-----------------------
1. OZCURA BATTLE MEDIC (Scarhealer Tribe)
Possibly the most skilled ozcura medics of the time - and that's really saying something, when it comes to ozcuras. Even so, amputations sometimes saved many a wounded ozcura/o, elf, dwarf or a human, and these ozcuras were also quite knowledgeable in healing herbs; something that would put the Scarhealer tribe to threat from various Christian groups, who would target everyone practicing 'witchcraft', 'wizardry' and 'heresy', even if it was just being more knowledgeable in medicine than these formations themselves.
2. OZCURA PLAGUE NURSE (Sisters Of Saving)
Due to the Christian-indoctrinated masses gaining more influence, lots of 'heretic' knowledge of medicine would be destroyed and forgotten due to excessive witch hunts, inquisitions and the like. This would result in decrease in health, as well as sanitary/hygiene standards, eventually becoming so bad that various epidemics, like the plague, started breaking out. Many ozcuras, who still possessed some medical knowledge, accepted Christianity, albeit only for the sole purpose of not being persecuted and killed. In addition, this would allow them to keep practicing medicine, although it was strictly Christian-regulated, and often resulted in more lives lost than saved. Nevertheless, this gave the ozcura medical formations (the most prominent of them being The Holy Charitable Order of Sisters Of Saving for the Help of the Weak, Poor and Destitute, or Sisters Of Saving for short) an opportunity to make more research in medical field, although a lot of it had to be done in secrecy.
3. OZCURA WAR NURSE (Crimson Aprons Medical Division)
After many years and generations of medical research among the ozcura medics, the need for an organized, professional and trustworthy medical unit arose once again, as the more modernized warfare gave way for more brutal, and more horrific wars, where soldiers of all armies would die by thousands. This rather unfortunate period demanded a lot of men to serve in the military, either willingly or forcefully, and the women to either produce munition, or to become nurses, and medics. Among the first to answer the call of duty towards their soldiers, was the ozcura community with several centuries of medical experience behind them. One of the best formations would be the Crimson Aprons Medical Division, who later turned into Crimson Health Unit, which was shared among many armies on Aiers. Their characteristic trait during this period was their red leather/rubber aprons, which were believed to limit the patient's distress level by masking the actual amount of blood that happened to be spilled in the overcrowded field hospitals during the first years of the modernized armed combat. Later, this part of their uniform would become obsolete, but it would still be featured in the graduation uniform of medical school students as a symbol of the selfless sacrifice and responsibility that was shown by the Scarhealer ozcuras throughout the ages.

I like that they wear rose red colored Uniforms to hide blood. Smart move.

That was a short time solution, since it turned out later the patients were stressed by the red aprons as well. Nevertheless, the red apron remained as a ceremonial outfit for some of the medical schools/universities (read in the description above).

That was the reference material I used; a photo of a WW1-era nurse.
