Really just filled in the background black then put a texture preset over it, put it at a circuit board color (it wasnt at first) Made it darker, then put lights in. I have circuit board 2 that has some a joke on it, just green letters over this same thing. Check it out too.Related content

Lol, thanks for checking this out. My other wallpapers get some good reviews check out phoenix and a few of the other ones.
You wont be dissapointed. They are great wallpapers, especially my three de ones.
