When I add a part, it doesnt fit the model. I tried resizing it but bits of the base still want to show. How can I fix this?

Got a problem sometimes. When I try to place an object in PMD then view it in MMD, the object is dragged all over and merged with different areas of the body. How do I prevent this from happening?I don't even have to attach the Object to a bone for this to happen.
