optimus prime - the leader of the Earth's autobot division, the straight man in all autobots craziness.
bumble bee- the little bot scout and look up to optimus like a father
ironhide- the old veteran warrior from the great war , the "cranky old man" of the autobots
ratchet - the autobots' "skilled" and "licensed" medic , don't ask
windblade- the cool jet fighter of the team
arcee- the strong loner spy bot that filled the " cranky teen" archetype
skyway- the excitable new recruit
wheeljack- the unstable mad inventor that was
brawn- the strong silent type
cliffjumper - the autobot that always get injured either on purpose or by accident
