So…Is Stevonnie a girl,or is she/they genderless/gender-neutral?

Well, Steven is a boy and Connie is a girl, so most label her as gender-neutral or gender-less. It's like the two genders cancel each other out. There's been no canon way to label her though. In an interview ( link ) Rebecca Sugar was asked about Stevonnie's gender, and like Garnet, she labeled her as an experience. Since she is more of a metaphor than anything else, it is up to interpretation about what pronoun you use.
