"happyhappygay" is found in millions of commercials, but the way you drew Tails here makes it go unlike in the commercials XD It looks cute, and you did pretty sleek coloring x3

Well, he is still a young kid (10 years old). Probably got excited to get his first iPod, or he's on a sugar rush. Tails is usually happy, unless he thinks about something sad, like missing his mom or what happened to his first love, Fiona.

When Tails was introduced in Sonic 2, he was 3 years old, just old enough to tag along with Sonic. In Sonic 3, he was 5 years old. In The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog episode "Slowing Down," Tails mentions he was 4 1/2, not old enough to take good notes.
The age problem actually originated from the SatAM Sonic the Hedgehog episode "Drood Henge." Sonic and Sally were arguing about allowing Tails to go on the mission to recover one of the Deep Power Stones. Even though Sally exclaimed Tails was only *10* years old, Sonic said he did solo missions at 10. After Tails swears to stay close to Sonic, Sally let Tails go on the mission.
Later on, in the Archie Comic, Tails was 5 years old until he ate the fruit of a tree of knowledge. He mentally and physically aged 5 years, and became 10 years old.
