I am making an au based around Chara called AFTERDEATH. In this au, chara is misjudged. She isn't evil. She is still a child. There are three runs she can go through: neutral, pacifist, genocide. Through each run, she changes. She also helps the player get through the game. Narrating and translating monster language for you. In the pacifist run, she is kind and happy through the whole run. She enjoys her time with the player. Seeing her friends make it out the underground fills her with joy. In the Genocide run, she is confused and scared. She doesn't understand why the player is killing everyone. She is disgusted with the player with their curiosity. She gains LV (LOVE) when the player kills monsters. This makes her personality change. Into a much more, empty character. The only time she kills anyone is during Asgore's and Sans's fight. She is pushed to kill her family and friends with the players actions. In the end, she destroys the world since there is nothing more for the player to gain in it. When the game resets and the player plays pacifist, she takes over the ending. When the game ends, she does not kill her friends and family. She lets them have their happy ending like she wanted them to have in the first place.
