Its not the animatronic. If you read my AU for Fnaf, you would know that the children inside these animatronics give them their personality.

Actually, think about how long they have been trapped in the pizzeria. More than when they were first put in there. They learned more about themselves and they learned sexually as well. They may be in the shape of a child as a ghost and have the voice of a child, but they are very much older from when they were alive.
