About Reed..
Oh well.. I'm not so sure about him. I found it cruel of him to want to seperate his daughters from their mother, but I could also understand that he wanted them to be with him.
However, the way he went about it suggests, that his main motivation was to agitate RiverClan and not his love for Willowkit and Graykit. He was needlessly cruel to Fallowtail (that remark about fish and rabbit...grrrrrrr! is it just me or turn Windclan toms all into snarky pricks when they have InterClan affairs?) and I'm glad that the kits ended up in Riverclan. Nothing more to say about him, I'm afraid. I only know him from Crookedstar's promise.
He seemed to have a really foul temper so I opted for annoyed/complaining/angry something of the like expression... looks a bit strange, but I had fun

Well, his expression certainly reflect upon his grubby self; I never got a feeling for him properly, I mean his approaches were just a tad too mean for me to swallow (I got slight Crowfeather flashes now and then...) or maybe just because he's this regular grumpy windclan idiot.... ^^'
His stripes are nicely made though, and I do really much like the thin scar on his cheek, it's subtle.

ikr? I'm starting to suspect that it is a Windclan thing... but that would mean that Tallstar has to be adopted... or he is the exeption from the rule maybe..

Could very well be, three fourths of all windclan toms are semi-assholes or just crappy friends (looking at you Onestar...) So yeah, Tallstar sounds adopted in comparison xD
